I’ve decided to take just one minute of quiet time. Just one minute to pause. It’s been a busy day and my energy reserve is low.
I’m going to look around me and be grateful for where I am and what I see. I’m going to be grateful for what I managed to achieve today even if it wasn’t what I had hoped to achieve.
I might focus my thoughts on somebody I love or somebody I haven’t been in contact with in a while. I might think of you, my blogging friends. I might think of a deceased loved one. Or maybe I’ll focus on a favourite quote or recite a mantra.
The 60 seconds will provide time for a little quiet space within a busy day. I’d love you to take just one minute with me today. Maybe we can make “Just One Minute Monday” a regular weekly habit.

What do you do to take just one minute of quiet time?
Much love,
Marie xx

I believe in taking time out for ‘me’. Happy to know you’re doing the same. Hopefully in a month or so you can add more time for your ‘me time’. And you can add me to Andrea’ dance routine. I enjoy a good body shaking move. Ha. 💕😘

Yes roll on the 14 of June…and some down time and I can picture us all dancing!! The only frustrating thing is with fibro/fatigue when you drag yourself over the finish line and have the chance to ease off the gas, the fibro/fatigue flares up…weird or what!!

Yeah it sounds weird. We wouldn’t want that to happen. Then we can high five it. 🙌

Hi Annarose, thank you for taking time to visit my site. I’m good today, thank you for asking! I hope the day is treating you well also. I’m humbled to think you’d be inspired by some of my posts. I’m grateful that I get to work with adult learners and to see them make positive changes in their lives. I grow when they grow! I look forward to our future visits! Marie. X
