Bewildered…being confused and indecisive!
There were days when I watched the effects of bullying on my children and I didn’t know what to do, I felt powerless. I was bewildered!
Now I realise I didn’t know or trust myself. I didn’t assert my values.
But I learned to trust my voice. I realised the importance of setting personal boundaries.
Next time you feel bewildered…take time to pause… reach inside and drawn upon your inner strength. Listen to what you already intuitively know. Listen to your body. Reach out for support. Educate yourself… Banish Being Bewildered…Build Boundaries!
Much love,
Marie xx

Thank you Andrea, I think for too long we have ignored the importance of listening to our emotions and respecting them!

For someone who is bewildered, indecisive…you sure pack a lot of good decisions into your busy days…are you sure you are not just a great multi-tasker!

Thank you. I thought being a multi-tasker was not possible for a mere male? Maybe that is why I am bewildered!
